Terms and Conditions All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Delivery or Royal Mail Airmail. In most cases orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Please note that if your order is particularly large or bulky we may dispatch into seperate parcels. We do not base our postage rate on weight like a lot of our competitors. So you can buy as many items as you like and it will cost you one flat rate. Please see below for postage costs. UK orders £3.95 Europe Flat Rate £4.95 USA £5.95 Payments can be made using your credit or debit card via Secureform. Your card details will not be held by Danimac ltd and will be processed securely. Please note that your statement will show a payment to Danimac ltd. RETURNS Danimac ltd trades in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334). Should you have the need to return an item please inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please state the reason for return and dispatch the item to us within seven working days from receiving the goods enclosing a copy of the original packing slip. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe return of the package, you must therefore, return the item by Recorded Delivery or other trackable service. If the items are returned to us in the timescale stipulated and in the same condition as they were originally sent a refund will be immediately issued (minus shipping fees). For goods returned after 14 days we reserve the right to charge the following: Goods returned 15-28 days a 50% restocking charge Goods returned after 28 days will not be refunded International Buyers-when returning goods you must ensure that you complete the return documentation correctly stating the parcel is a return to the UK and not an import. In the event of the documentation being completed incorrectly customs charges may be incurred by Danimack Ltd which in turn will be deducted from your refund.
